Connection failed or unable to connect

We provide the following methods for your reference, you can try it in combination with the video

1. If it is an iOS system, please go to System Settings-Bluetooth first, “Forget” this device

2. Pull down the home page of the watch, if “unbind” appears, click “unbind” first to unbind

3. Restart the watch (Long press for 15 seconds to restart, you cannot choose to shut down!!)

4. Tap “Factory Reset” in the watch

5. Turn off Bluetooth on the mobile phone and try again

6. Close the app and try again

7. Retry after logging out of the app
